We aim to dispatch orders received Monday to Friday the same day. Orders are delivered by a private delivery courier (more information will be provided via tracking upon order confirmation) Our delivery partners aim to deliver all parcels within 14 - 23 days days as we do ship out globally so your patience will be high appreciated. However, we are finding that some deliveries are taking a long time to arrive so if you have not received your order please try your neighbours and local Royal Mail sorting office, in case there is a parcel waiting for collection and the card has gone astray. If you have not received your order within 23 working days, please contact us to arrange a replacement or refund.
